“I’ve been listening since week one and have really come to adore the show. The guests are always great and the questions Jessie asks are so specific and dig into the minutiae of baking that specific thing…which is exactly what we need to hear. She really reminds of me Terry Gross from NPR’s Fresh Air.
I’ve been excited to see who comes on each week, but if we are able to make requests, I’d love to hear from Margarita Manzke from Republique, Avery Ruzicka from Manresa Bread, or whoever the genius over at Layered Croissanterie is about their rotating monthly croissant offerings.
