Jessie cleverly asks all the questions about baking techniques, ingredients, and even cookbook and recipe writing that we want to know (and often wouldn’t even know to ask)! I loved the conversation with Claudia Fleming, and especially how Jessie researched all the little tweaks Claudia had made to some of her most iconic desserts in the “The Last Course” and then in her newest book, “Delectable.” The interview with Joy the Baker was equally fascinating: the Hersey’s Special Dark discussion and the tip to add whipped cream to buttercreams! I just love it all and can’t wait for more episodes! Highly recommended!”
