I have been a long time listener with periods of stopping, but have absolutely loved the last year and the structure of each weeks podcasts, now going back and listening to those eps I have missed. Victoria, Jess and Bec are a great group of gals to listen to and they always have me laughing -...Read full review »

Such a beautifully thought out and put together podcast full of relatable, approachable content that is highly valuable and smart.

I appreciate the work towards educating others towards financial literacy and ‘freedom’, though the set out of this podcast needs a complete refresh. It’s painful to listen to. I would love to keep engaging but now I can only tune into bits and pieces. There are two hosts listed, yet it is...Read full review »

This episode is a goldmine of financial wisdom, especially for parents looking to secure their child's future. Victoria and Bec expertly navigate the intricacies of investing for children, emphasizing the power of compound interest as a game-changer for long-term wealth accumulation. Their...Read full review »

Some of the content is good but they obviously don’t read these reviews as nothing has changed. The sarcasm, put downs, repeats of “slay” “must be nice” own pronunciation of Jess and Bec’s surnames, and general ‘I’m better than you’ vibes from V towards her co-hosts which is sad. Lots of fluff...Read full review »

I’ve recently started learning about finance and investment, and as a mid-30s Australian woman, I thought this podcast would be right up my alley. However, I find the tone quite tiresome. Victoria certainly seems knowledgeable, yet her lack of humility detracts from her credibility. Despite her...Read full review »

I fell in love with SOTM a couple of years ago, and now I just find it makes me feel more discouraged and unmotivated instead of the opposite. The content doesn’t feel as down to earth and relatable. I love that Bec is on the show and can balance it out with perspective though I wish they would...Read full review »

My only criticism of the pod is how non relatable the Money Diaries episodes are. Everyone is super successful with multiple house and side hustles. Most people don’t have that, would be nice to see the average woman with not perfect A grade finances and be able to see ourselves in these stories....Read full review »

Listening to Victoria and co is similar to overhearing a 13 year old school girl. In the first 30 seconds I heard OMG about 5 times and giggling about planning a team trip to Disneyland. Absolutely painful and I don’t understand the reputation this podcast has. It is not surprising Victoria quit...Read full review »

“They’re so much more dramatic, it’s like being bipolar.” I would suggest finding a better analogy for big and small goals than bipolar. It is stigmatising and sounds poorly informed and unnecessary. Just because one of the hosts has ADHD doesn’t give the podcast a pass to throw other conditions...Read full review »

Honestly find this podcast very my way or the highway, quite a few mathematical inaccuracies and I generally feel like my vibe is lower for listening to it

Thank you for all your advice, wisdom, pep-talks, cheer & of course financial support every week! I love this podcast (Infact it’s the only one I religiously listen to!) as it is practical & relatable. This has been my favourite podcast this year. It’s got me motivated to keep going and take bigger steps in 2024. I love the relatability of it all, the normal English instead of all the financial jargon and the balance between professional and lighthearted.

Love the show, and definitely makes the work day more bearable! I am a UK listener, so not all information is relevant, but I am not very familiar with how Australian finance works, which my travelling friend loves! Started listening from the beginning, so not up to date yet, but definitely...Read full review »

Honestly love this poddy. Has taught me so much about finance, helped me build confidence when making financial decisions and the SOTM team honestly feel like girlfriends in your own circle of mates!

So I listened to todays podcast to find a man being featured, not a woman. I thought she’s on the money was a space just for us - women. We make less money than men on average, are out of the workforce more and have different needs when it comes to finance. Why is it that yet another space for...Read full review »

Long time listener and appreciate the financial concern relating to Cup Day. But horses being murdered? An extremely disrespectful comment. Being fattened up and relating to being a tribute? Wow. Do some research.

When discussing “mediocre middle aged white men” in the Vivian Tu episode and Victoria says “they’re more fun to bring down” - isn’t that a bit harsh and hypocritical when you would likely never say that about any other human being? It gets very old hearing it over and over again

I thought I was relatively good with money until i was recommended this podcast. They simplify complex content into an easy to understand format. I can’t believe the difference this has made to our finances and thinking!

Great to get people talking about finances, but I hope no one takes this as advice. It’s constant sponsored material and marketing their own businesses to encourage people to spend money for their own gain. Disappointing for a former financial adviser to give such poor information.

I wish I could listen to this podcast because it contains great information. However, the balance between hosts is really, really odd. I love the concept of this podcast and the information is often really great. However the way it’s presented is really irritating and I just cannot listen to it. There’s so much unnecessary fluff. Jess’s relentless self caused money issues are v boring.

I found the podcast about 2 years ago and was so excited to learn more about financial freedom, and I did! It was super encouraging and I listened regularly. It’s soOo incredibly noticeable that Victoria has a problem with a few of the past co hosts. It almost feels awkward to listen to. Extremely patronising & conceited.
