Heartbreaking tale impacting so many lives unfairly; told with so much integrity. Such a maze of a story but navigated beautifully and heartwrenchingly. Extraordinary quality of capital-J journalism.

I didn’t expect such a twisted and revelatory story. Astonishing and deeply disturbing. Heart goes out to all of those who were affected by such a callous disregard to vulnerable young people. An absolute must to listen to.

You did get a warning at the start that it contained various things, but I tuned into this series to pass the time on a long car ride and the end was so harrowing I just wish I hadn’t. It was recommended to me by the podcast app. The one star is not because it was a bad series, and I do apologise...Read full review »

A very well done podcast series. But so horrifying! The last episode was so sad. To think what this ‘man’ did to/with his daughter was very hard to listen to. My heart goes out to this now, woman.

Finally the victims of this horrific story of corruption have a voice. So well researched and gripping. I’m Edinburgh born and bred and I’m ashamed this scandal has never really had the media traction it so deserves. Well done myles and team and so heartbreaking to hear directly from victims in...Read full review »

When I began the podcast, I never anticipated such an interesting story with such a wild ride. I binged the whole series and would do it again. Great reporting. I’m in the states now but tried to remember all this.

Horrific story told so well and I appreciate the lack of repetition so common in podcasts. I admire the bravery of those who eventually spoke up but the cruelty and corruption is what has stayed with me. Well done Myles and team.

If you want a story that starts with a typical nod towards dodgy deals by people in power that mushrooms into true tragedy & shame on people trusted to do the right thing …. Then this is the podcast for you

Myles Bonnar grapples with a complicated and murky world with strength and grace, giving voice to those who were so profoundly affected. Shocking and harrowing - the resonance of truth is clear.

Excellent podcast. Love the way each episode builds the story, all culminating in a knock out finish. A story that needed to be told on many levels.

I’ve had to stop listening to this halfway through episode 3 as the background music seems to take centre stage - I cannot make out what people are actually saying . It’s totally unnecessary -and very distracting .

Really interesting, an in site to the problems of the lack accountability in the judiciary of Scotland. Also horrifying for the young people who were involved. Great show
