This was an amazing listen

Slick production. Great ramp up all the way through to a chilling climax. Ending leaves a bit to be desired, but not by any means a regrettable ride. I’d love more fiction podcasts in this format.

Can’t put into words how much I enjoyed this gem. I want to know more about the conductor and her operation. Thank you for making my last two hours at work down right enjoyable!

A new standard. Can’t wait for more like it…

The reason I gave it two stars instead of one is 100% because of the actor who plays Wallace. Phenomenal, outstanding voice acting. Truly the best performance I’ve heard in a podcast. *spoilers ahead* Disappointed that they went with the tired and simplistic story line of money being the sole...Read full review »

I find the same thing with other Two Up projects - immersive, fantastically transportive premises, and hardcore talent, but there’s a missing ingredient that I can’t quite place. This is still great and I do recommend giving it a listen!

Great story, amazing acting especially from the protagonist, and beautiful production values. I was hooked from the start. I’ll keep my eye out for more from this team.

I have made it to the halfway point of this story and am done. So what, some guy being bossed around to do uncharacteristic things, but why? I don’t care about the main character to bother finishing. Decent voice acting and sound effects but not enough to make up for the lack of interesting story.

Thrilling all the way through. If you like radio show style storytelling this is a winner winner chicken dinner.

I really enjoyed this. Sometimes even when I love a podcast I become frustrated waiting for the next episode. This is like a full length movie. I highly recommend listening in to Shipworm!

I stumbled across this after a teaser when 36 questions started playing by mistake and I was hooked. I binge listened to the entire album that day as I couldn’t stop. It’s definitely worth your time.

Loved the sound, very immersive and a unique experience! The storyline was lacking. Reminded me too much of an existing episode of Black Mirror. 5 stars because I am looking forward to another experience like it!!

This did for me with audio fiction what 36 Questions did for musicals.

Just go listen to Limetown. This is wasaaaaay too long. This could easily be 45 minutes or less. Maybe 30? Yeah, I guess the sounds were cool, the actors did alright, but I couldn’t care less about other elements if the story just isn’t there. Sometimes, it’s cool to leave questions...Read full review »

I’ve lived near the water my whole life, it’s always been my place to escape, I can spend a day here and just listen, smell, watch the water. It’s so astonishingly beautiful that we hardly know anything about the water- the deep deep waters that is and what they really contain, species, past...Read full review »

Give this a listen. I can’t think of anything annoying about it: voices, story, pace, soundscape… all of these elements working together to create something great. Suspense galore. Love it.

In their defense, I should’ve read the description. I trust Two-Up by the other shows they’ve made so this time I skipped it. It’s a good show but I had to tap out by 20min. Don't listen to this podcast if you’re sensitive to delusion or paranoia.Read full review »

I loved podcast. The story was captivating. A must listen.

Great production and acting, but for a “breakthrough“ audio format, this is a movie that we have seen before, and could have used a little bit more character building. But for hard-core fans of audio fiction, it’s well worth the time, and I loved that there were no breaks!

A tight, tense story (with familiar voices, if you listened to Limetown) that yanks you into Wallace’s terror and the Conductor’s implacable resolve. Listen to this — and then listen again!
