FWW = Fun Wood Working
First off, this is not the audio version of Fine Wood Working magazine (nor is it supposed to be.) This is more like sitting around with a bunch of good guys shooting the breeze about working with wood, making furniture, and new toys (er, tools). It's for hobbyists, not professionals. A great listen for my drive to work, when it isn't practical to be reading FWW or actually working in the shop making something. The only problem is I can't chime in with my own favorite tool or technique. For the new listener, be aware that the sound quality gets MUCH better after the first few podcasts (the boys figured out they had to actually talk INTO the microphones…) Overall, it's a blast. Keep it up, fellas! PS I like the sound effects. ("But what would you do with a brain if you had one?")Read full review »

Podcast #17 with interviews with the folks a Lee Valley/Veritas was a delight to listen to. As someone else said, these podcasts are ear candy for the woodworker.

I...Read full review »
