Happy International Women’s Day 💪🏻
Todays episode was amazing! I haven’t experienced the abuse that was described today (can only relate to what most of us as women have had to deal with our whole lives and - side note thanks for actually helping us understand what we actually deal with is not ok and we are valid) but to hear Natasha’s story was heartbreaking and uplifting. So important for us all to understand more and be able to recognise this in our behaviour or behaviour of people around us. I have recommended this podcast to so many friends and family, especially those with teenage daughters. You are honestly both the empowering friends / sisters we all need/needed in our lives. I did miss your usually chatty hilarious segments today and look forward to them next week. ♥️
