No-Nonsense Nutrition!
I have listen to many Nutrition focused podcasts but this one stands out by a mile! Danny is a genuinely interesting, open-minded, knowledgeable and yet, humble dude! - This is refreshing in the advanced nutrition field as some of the big guns (not naming names!) can come across as preaching from the sanctimonious saddle of their proverbial high-horse! I.e. more concerned with calling people out / shooting people down than actually educating them. You will never find this on the Sigma show :-) Oh and of course, there is always fantastic selection of guests and an abundance of actionable information in each podcast! I think the host’s interview style really helps bring out the best in each guest. Keep up the fantastic work Danny! p.s. One of my faves so far - The Robbie Bourke saga!!!! What a cool cat!!!! Some fantastic content - very thought provoking!

Stumbled across Danny Lennon on Facebook and he'd posted is Podcast on there, so thought I'd give it a listen, listened to podcast 3 about carb intake, found it really informative & he comes across really well on it. This will definitely be one I'll be listened to a lot more😉Read full review »

I'm a kinesiologist and sport nutritionist, and this podcast is a great resource for up to date nutrition research from well-known doctors and scientists. I'd recommend this to both health professionals and general populations who are interested in learning more about nutrition.Read full review »
