“This podcast isn’t the standard, fluffy interviews with coaches and nutritionists. The guests are doctors and researchers, the ideas presented aren’t fads, and the recommendations are backed up by references to studies. It’s common to hear “but that’s not supported by the research.”
I love that this podcast doesn’t pull any punches - I don’t know anything about physiology or metabolic processes, but that doesn’t stop the host or guests from diving right in and discussing them anyway.
This podcast stands in contrast to diet books everywhere when it challenges you to apply critical reasoning to what you’re hearing. Keep it up!”
