What a find!
I have a massive pile of triathlon magazines and books but sadly rarely get a chance to sit and read. A friend recommended Simon’s podcasts. I had come across Simon in the Holkham half briefings so was more than happy to give his podcasts a go. I was a podcast virgin but am now a podcast addict. I have the podcasts playing whilst I am cooking cleaning driving etc and have already picked up huge tips that I’m going to implement straight away. Very excited

As someone who started Triathlon in 1994 this podcast is a nostalgic delight for me as old friends relive the good old days. Plenty of up to date stuff too! A great listen. BB , Cambridge.
