“I started watching Taylor on TikTok and using her recipes and starting to pair protein and healthy carbs for my snacks at work. I found her on other socials and just started listening, and she just makes so much sense. I have spent nearly all of my adult life dieting whether it was Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers or keto. Something that should have a quick fix I tried intermittent fasting, macros calorie counting, and I would have success, and they get so upset when I felt like I couldn’t enjoy life a wedding, a family barbecue, something.
