“What is crazy to me is that all of the other incidents that happened in and around campus, we were never told about it! I was a year younger than Josh, going to St. Ben’s at the time. It was scary that he disappeared and at the time still not knowing what happened to Jacob Wetterling. I walked those streets in St Joe late at night after the parties were done, most of the time with friends but sometimes alone. We should have been told about what was going on. The remainder of most of my college years included large posters of Josh and the yellow ribbon that you could see when you were on the Link driving up to campus. A sad reminder of the unknown.”
