“I found myself thinking about my families day to day life. Working and never playing and we've taught our children the same things.
We've found ourselves in tears sometimes thinking about how we wished we would have went camping more or explored more places with our kids. We taught them that working and having nice things are what we need in life. We're too busy working for a living and not having a life. Now we watch our kids work through college and sit at their computers without enjoying the gifts of nature around us. It's no wonder we get sick and so tired. Our life has been about things, not human/nature/spirituality. How we could and can find happiness in other things other than having things.
