The most important marketing podcast of our time...
I'm usually not the type of person that writes fluffy, high-praise reviews, but I have to make a well-deserved exception here. This podcast is like a strong cup of coffee, it gets your heart rate going light speed (with ideas and excitement) and it turns you into an addict. Listening to "Six Pixels of Separation - The Twist Image Podcast" should be an ESSENTIAL element of any serious marketer's Monday morning routine. Out of the 20 or so marketing podcasts that I listen to, I find that I always have to start off with Mitch, no matter what. I have diligently listened to nearly all of the 120 episodes and took down enough notes to fill 3 moleskin notebooks in the process. Thanks to his ridiculously large international online/offline network, Mitch manages to find out about the latest social media/marketing/communications/advertising news before anyone else. He takes it a step further by always providing fresh, honest insight that is often worthy of quoting in a classroom textbook. Mitch truly understands marketing from a "strategic" perspective, and more importantly, how it has evolved over the years. There are too many so-called "marketers" nowadays that focus solely on the "marketing promotion" element, Mitch is not the case. For anyone out there that is serious about marketing and eternally thirsty for building their knowledge and staying ahead of the curve, listening to this podcast will change your life. -Mike Kujawski (www.mikekujawski.ca)Read full review »
