Loftus (using only the last name is how you know how serious this is) is appointment listening. There’s no one better at getting into the weeds of complicated situations and bringing you along in a way that makes you think “i probably shouldn’t be here but i don’t regret being here.” And once you’re there, you have to keep going, and you can’t imagine going back to your naive self from an hour ago. Anything Jamie makes should be required reading for anyone that’s ever used the internet or consumed a media.
