Proust would be proud
This podcast gets back to food as family, food as friends, food as community, food as conversation. We're not listening to award-winning chefs in busy kitchens, nor getting secret recipes or the nutritional breakdown of a meal. We're listening to everyday people who are inspired by those who have gone before them. Memories; good and hard, traditions; rich and fading, this podcast is quiet, intimate, organic, and so, so lovely. It should be perscribed to all of America!Read full review »

Just listened to College Ramen with Dan Wu & was moved by his reflections on food & the magic of it that connects on a deeper level than purely taste or aesthetics. This is a great podcast for those who want to dig into what food REALLY means to all of us.

The stories are poignant. The hosts are sensitive, real & get to the heart of the matter. Food can be one of the most important catalysts for change & personal growth. The stories are comforting, much like food is at times.
