“I really enjoy this podcast. I've listened to each episode. I enjoy hearing people with different perspectives discuss recent economics news in a respectful way. I do think there is room to improve. I agree with some of the other reviewers that at times the podcasts feel rushed. Another 15 min or so per episode might allow a more thorough discussion of each topic. I also felt like Jordan was talking over Cathy in the first episode, using a bit of a Fox tactic...."I'll win the discussion by not letting you talk!"... but thankfully that has not been an issue in later episodes. I think this is off to a great start. Here's hoping it only gets better...and a bit longer.”Read full review »

“Almost all of the Slate podcasts are worthwhile, but this new one almost immediately jumped to the top of the pack. Sharp incisive analysis, with fresh perspectives you will not hear elsewhere. I just wish it was available more than once a week.”

“This show would improve if the hosts focused more on the content than on making themselves come across as smart and knowledgable.
