Wow and caution (good review)
I tried this for the first time last night and slept so deeply I didn’t hear that both of my kids started crying at the same time last night! They were ok….my partner got up with them but had to wake me up to help cuz I was sleeping so deeply!

I’ve tried other sleep podcasts without resulting in sleep. With you I am falling asleep! And when I wake up during the night I restart your podcast and I am able to go back to sleep! For me this is incredible - as I’ve never been a good sleeper. I’m grateful.
