“This podcast has made my life so much better! I really needed something like this and I'm so glad I found it. I had been having so much trouble sleeping, and was considering medication. I had luck with melatonin in the past but it wasn't always working for me anymore. This podcast has cured my sleepless nights, tossing and turning, worrying mind, etc.
I usually fall asleep shortly after the story begins, sometimes within minutes of putting my earbuds in. It's especially handy for when I wake up in the middle of the night. I definitely can't take any meds then or I will wake up drowsy/oversleep. With the podcast there is no problem or concern, just start listening again :)
I have recommended this somewhat strange, soothing podcast to all of my friends who have trouble sleeping. I don't go to bed without it!
