I used to live on a busy street and when I moved, I was on an off street and rush hour in this town means just about 15 cars. It gets quiet here and I feel this calming.

I love falling asleep listening to a fan. When I was growing up in the Midwest, this was common and always very comforting to me. This sound slowing shifts back and forth between headphones rather than steady in each one. Horrible and annoying.

Useless since they keep whispering. If you are seeking noise to cancel out Misophonia triggers you should know that the podcast begins with awful whispering that may be triggering for some like myself. If you go in knowing this then the podcast can be great (although short.)

Sounds are great but please stop talking so we can put it on repeat.

The sounds themselves are great, but the guy starts each one by talking for 60 seconds... would be awesome if it was just the sound itself so you could put it on repeat and not be interrupted every half hour with some guy talking...

Who needs a white noise machine when you have this podcast? Love the variety of high quality background sounds of this podcast!

My favorite way to drown out any background noise! I use it at the library or when I am unable to sleep due to my neighbors !

Much like a vacuum cleaner will soothe a crying baby, these sounds just have a way of calming me. It just quiets down my mind somehow and lets me relax. The sounds are great quality.

I really appreciate all of the Sleep with Silk podcasts. The background noise is not only great for falling asleep, but also for those times when I want to drown out the noise around me so I can read a book.

This is another great podcast in the Sleep with Silk series. All the work that Harris does for these podcasts is amazing. You won't be disappointed with this one.
