“I have anxiety, so it’s hard for me to sleep at nighttime. I tried using other podcasts to help me and I noticed anytime it thunder-stormed/rained I got much better sleep. This is overall the best podcast to use but not only for sleep, but it also helps me calm down. Keep up the good work! :D”
