Prose to put you to sleep
I agree with previous posters: try Proust, Hemingway, DH Lawrence, and Swift. Alexander McCall Smith would be good too. The very best to fall asleep to could be Anthony Trollope. “Little House at Allington” or Dr. Thorne. Keep up the good work! You’ve improved my sleep tremendously.
