Bad Audio - Weird Obsessions
Linus has a really comatose delivery which even worse when you see him on video. Whatever audio equipment he's using must be from the 1980s. To top it all off, he is weirdly obsessed with the two women sailors who were rescued in the Pacific by the coast guard in 2017. No one cares about this story but Linus. He says that his goal is to discourage hoaxes. The rest of the world recognizes that the told by the sailors is suspect. Linus is the only one keeping it alive. If you want a taste of what I'm talking about, check out his Feb 3rd 2017 podcast. All of what I'm saying is on display: lackluster delivery, horrible audio quality and weirdly obsessed with "the two ladies" as he calls them. Skip the slow boat.Read full review »

As almost liveaboards looking to start our own journey cruising the world on our Niagara 35, we love to hear stories, lessons and insights from other sailors already out there living the dream. Thank you Linus, for what are you putting together and sharing with us.

Interesting guests, interesting subject, boring host. My window fan is more interesting.

Entertaining and informative stories about different sailors from around the world. My favorite was the episode about the crew on Delos.
