“While some episodes of the podcast do provide helpful tidbits and perspective on the cruising lifestyle, they end up being completely overshadowed by the episodes in which Linus rants for the entirety about not being given preferential treatment which, from the sounds of his almost unhinged, angry diatribes, he feels he deserves for being a “productive citizen” who can afford a “yacht“. He has clearly fallen into the trap of thinking he is special due to his station in life, and luck being born in the US. It’s a shame he is unable to allow his travels to the developing world humble him, so he can grow as a person. In the end, it’s hard to see past this huge negative aspect of the podcast to appreciate the beneficial portions.”
