so empowering!
This podcast is like a user manual on how loving yourself can help you better love others. Sarah keys-in on a number of deeply ingrained societal factors that make finding a partner, expressing your desire, and connecting sexually with them more difficult than it feels like it ought to be - and she gives great advice on how we can work to overcome the innacurate lessons we have been taught about sexuality and dating. She also articulates a powerful connection between these frustrations and how they enable fascist movements. I frequently find myself rewinding and writing down nuggets of wisdom that seem to give voice to ideas and concepts I've often felt were true, but had never actually heard anyone say! I recommend this to anyone who is intersted in what expressing yourself radically and with purpose can feel like. I don't think it's hyperbole at all when Sarah says this kind of thinking can change the world.Read full review »

This whole podcast is just mind-blowing! It literally unearths many of the truths behind how many of us lonely people think about sex, and how we can shift our thinking to change our lives and change the world. This is deep stuff! Everyone should take advantage of these insights.
