I listen to a lot of podcasts--including a lot of legal podcasts--and this one is my favorite. The people they interview always have such fascinating insights. I'll be thinking about some things weeks later and it goes beyond free speech issues, even. I highly recommend this one.Read full review »

Incisive and absence of cant. Free speech can not override free association, free religion, and free conscience and free movement. No doubt words/thought balance is sometimes gray.
