Educational, Hilarious, Inspiring
I am writing from the east coast of Canada, where I suppose I am in the beginner-pro category of my photographic journey. And I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this podcast, which I accidentally stumbled upon and have listened to religiously ever since. This podcast is that perfect mix of informative, inspiring, down-to-earth, and absolutely hilarious, and leaves me both smiling and eager to pick up my camera after each and every listen. Gina is the opposite of that pompous gear-head we've all seen, yet she is full of infinite knowledge, experience, and technical ability, which she is more than willing to share openly and honestly. When I'm feeling stuck, or uninspired, or overwhelmed with all the amazing talent I'm up against, I look to this podcast to help me find my own voice, my own story, and my next mini project. Whether you're just starting out or have been photographing for years, you will laugh, learn, and fall in love with your camera all over again. Thanks, Gina and Val. I now think about photography in an Australian accent.Read full review »
