“Since this is an audiochuck production, I went ahead and gave it a try because I love Crime Junkies. The topic and idea is good! It’s just that listening is a pain and very bleh. The hosts and voices of everyone are just very monotone and lack storytelling and personality. It feels like everyone has their script and they’re reading it mindlessly. Even the commercials sound the same as the show. I understand crime is a somber topic but there is nothing captivating in here at all except maybe the dramatic music. I just couldn’t continue listening and wouldn’t recommend unless there was a change.”

“I like this podcast and the story they are telling but the episodes are sooo short. I’d prefer a couple of hour long episodes to binge then these shorter ones that don’t feel like they flow as well. I’ll keep listening if they release another season.”
