Not really for hardcore True Crime fans
It’s a fun podcast. It reminds me of the Can You Solve It books I read as a kid. And that’s the issue. The answers to the crimes are based on usually a single solitary clue that points to the killer/perpetrator. It’s overly simplistic for someone who follows real life true crime. It’s a simple game with a true crime theme. There’s nothing wrong with that. But true crime fans know that there’s more to it than one single clue that leads to murder. It’s really a pattern of behaviors and ideologies. I was frustrated by the logic system used. Really every crime so far is solved with circumstantial evidence at best, and little of the human nature aspect. Maybe that’s asking too much. And that’s why this isn’t for true crime fans. It’s for people looking for a neat little whodunnit. And that’s okay. Just not for me is all.

This is absolutely terrible. And why is it listed under the True Crime category??!!! Terrible writing and voicing.

I’m a fan of true crime podcasts, and love getting to play detective here. Each episode merits multiple listens to solve the case. The solutions are not obvious at all, and very clever.
