Good stuff!
If you think there are too many running coach podcasts already, you should know SWAP has really carved out a niche. First, it’s short (20-30 mins) and concentrated, with responses to (typically) 3 listener generated questions - questions with answers that are way more nuanced and thoughtful than a Running 101 style podcast. Also: How many other podcasts in this short Q&A genre have a working medical doc & researcher on board every episode? On heavier coffee consumption days, David & Megan talk *very* fast. But nbd - just listen to it at a slower playback speed. It’s still better than listening to someone who unnecessarily drags a convo out. Keep up the great work SWAP!

I feel like I’m sitting with my friends having...Read full review »

However, in the handful of podcasts I've listended to, I wish they would, as Matt Dixon puts it, dive more quickly into "the Meat and...Read full review »
