“Wow! Holy Bleep! This could be my story almost exactly with just a few minor variations! I applaud y’all for the courage to share this story as there needs to be both public awareness about it’s prevalence as well as a move toward compassion for the victim. In my experience, this is one of those unfortunate abuse scenarios where there is a tendency to blame the victim or marginalize it’s debilitating emotional impact very often continuing the work of the abuser.”

“Well I’m pushing myself to get through this...it is getting better. The audio is kind of horrible though. I’m constantly lowering and raising the volume because my poor ears can’t take the interview clips with the main person of this story.”
