Absolutely addicted
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this podcast. I feel like my story is also being told. I probably sound like a broken record, but I was also engaged to a textbook narcissist, but didn’t realize it because we started dating in High school, and that was unheard of. The only abusive relationships I was aware of were the kinds where it’s physical. It took my parents sending me to a therapist and she told me the classic signs and she predicted what he was going to do and she was spot on. Once I was aware of these unhealthy characteristics of a narcissist, I came up with my exit plan and got out. This topic needs to be taught in schools so more people can avoid falling into these toxic relationships with sociopaths and narcissists. Can’t wait for more new episodes! It’s the highlight of my Monday!!

Very well constructed podcast. Listen to season 1 episode 9 for an inadvertent slip of the guy’s name :)

I wish I was so lucky to realize before marriage and kids that I was in the presence of a very fake, very unfitting man who would convince me of lies even concerning things I...Read full review »
