“I've been really digging Spawn On Me of all of the gaming podcasts I listen to regularly. (It's a new addition for me since they joined ESN.fm.)
I think the highlight, especially the last few episodes, has been the guests who really bring an academic-style cultural analysis to the video game sphere. I also like how issues centered on games get tied to broader social issues in the Unites States. Games are a cultural artifact and can be a good jumping off point for discussions on how we solve our much bigger problems than just beating the next level or unlocking a new achievement.
With the longer episodes, it's also really nice to have the music break. Some fun genres to which I don't often listen.”Read full review »

“These guys specialize at keeping things #abuckfiddy. It's 150% real conversation about the gaming medium, tackling a plethora of social issues we gamers tend to overlook.
