Wonderful, Life Changing, Life Affirming, & Entertaining
I heard the Matt Dicks on the Art of Manliness podcast, (another one of my favorites) just last week. I LOVED his concept of Homework for Life and started doing it that night, also told my two 30-something children to perhaps do the same, sending them links to the Art of Manliness podcast and Matt's TEDTalk about Homework For Life. Then, I took a deep dive myself, starting with the two most recent podcasts, then went back to the beginning and started with Episode One. Then, I ordered a copy of the book from Amazon, (it gets here today), decided that two days was too long to wait, so downloaded the audiobook, which I listened to ALL of within the next 18 hours. I've done ALL of this since Friday, November 29th, just two days ago. And I'll start reading the hard copy of the book tonight. Needless to say, I'm smitten. I'm sure you will be too. My only regret is that there is no Moth or Speak Up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I'll be making a pilgrimage to CT in the next year I'm sure.Read full review »

Wow! Really enjoyed all three of the initial episodes. A great mix of material. It is wonderful to hear artists and producers talk about what makes and breaks a story in live performance.
