“I’m a new listener to this podcast. I came across it whilst listening to Shani Silver interviewing this lady. I’m now addicted and listen whenever I can. I’m not a spinster. I’m in my 50th year, divorced 5 years ago after a 25 year relationship with now two adult children and after just one year of being single to get over the trauma have found myself dating and having damaging relationships just to be loved. I don’t need a very toxic 2 yr relationship in January and had weekly therapy for it up until a month ago when I first listened to this postcast. I’m now in the process of reframing my thoughts on being single and by golly does this lady help me know end! Thank you ❤️”
