“Best podcast I've ever heard, hands down. I love everything about it. I've always loved the magazine but have felt that this area - athletes and faith - has not been talked about enough online; there was a hole there and God is using Jason and his team to fill it!
We needed a podcast like this; so many great Christian athletes (seems like they are all quarterbacks too lol) and it's easy to say to someone, "I heard this really cool interview with Drew Brees/John Smoltz/whomever and you should listen to it." Great, easy way to engage people.
I love that Jason asks each guest what God is teaching them. Great question. I love that I can listen to it in my car and have my kids hear it too and it plants a seed. I love that the podcasts I thought I would like the least - Mo and Jaccob (soccer and hockey? Eh! Lol) turned out to be the best! I love hearing other Christians going through similar situations (being a dad, newly married, raising kids, etc) as me and hearing how they handle it. I love that this podcast has helped me find new Christian athletes that I had no idea about, and now I can go get their books, in some cases, or follow them online - it's just a great encouragement and help in my own walk.
