#53 Emotions from a scientific and psychological perspective
Listen now
Description
Talking about our own emotions makes us authentic and breaks the barrier to build up connections with other people. You can understand an “emotion” as “energy in motion”. Physically, it is a neuronal reaction in our brain which then spreads over the body – and this process takes only 60-90 seconds. Why are we then stuck for hours in negative feelings like sadness, anger or frustration? In this episode you learn how to break out of a circle of negative thoughts and emotions! The podcast ‘Spotlight your TRUE self’ is based on three pillars: 1) Self-confidence & self-esteem 2) Managing your emotions 3) Concrete communication techniques based on NLP And in each episode, you will hear about one of them.
