… that you can directly apply in your everyday life! What makes us so afraid to speak in front of others? Studies even have shown that more people are afraid of public speaking than are afraid of dying! For many years, I was very shy and always super nervous when I had to speak in front of others. Both my body and my voice were shivering, I was sweating like hell and was just worried that anyone can think badly about what I am saying or how I look like. It was a fear of being rejected. Nowadays I enjoy doing public speaking as a hobby, I am a member of the Toastmasters organization and just recently have won an international contest in improvised speaking.
