“Fr Roderick's ability to describe what he sees and hears from a video game is stunning. So far, this podcast has depended on the music and sound effects of this game to convey a sense of being in Middle Earth. While this conceipt was clever and interesting at first, it goes on and on, and actually gets in the way of Fr Roderick's outstanding insights into the book. Had this been called LOTRO, this review would have been *****. Granted, there are many like Fr Roderick who dearly love the game, but for others, perhaps he would consider another podcast along the lines of others in his "Secrets of" series.”Read full review »
