“I watch/listen to *all* the fan shows--I make Starship Excelsior (which--shameless plug--you can find in the iTunes podcast directory), so it's kinda part of my job. In the past two years, no show has so quickly caught my attention as Outpost, nor held it so rapt. As Star Trek, it's familiar, but Outpost has so far avoided all the tired Trek tropes upon which so many other fan shows have run aground.
