Off to a rough start...
The idea behind this is interesting, but the writing is really rough sometimes. It's very tropish. You have a particular character that is just allowed to be obnoxious because he's "that good.." I know Starfleet is military-light, but I have a hard time believing this character can exist. Worse, another character liberally peppers every conversation with words that are a call back to a TOS episode. It gets tiresome hearing it and having the main character ask what the words mean. It's very amatuer writing and takes the listener out of the production. I'm going to listen to one or two more episodes, but if this persists, I'm going to give up on it. It's why I don't tend to watch, read or listen to fan produced content.Read full review »

If you like Star Trek at all, this show is great. The production value is high, the writing is great, it hooked me on the first episode and hasn't let go.Read full review »

Give thi a couple of episodes, after 3 I could not stop. keep up the good work. This the best Audio drama since Star Trek Exelsior. I say since only because I listen to it first, and found nothing to compair until I found OUTPOST.
