Too much self-promotion
I loved this show for years but it has become way too promotional of Robs investments. I have to skip 2:30 on each episode now. And the microconf youtube channel is basically useless nowadays.

Truly for the rest of us
Most of the podcasts in this space (bootstrapped, SaaS, indie makers, etc) have no real purpose but either to keep shoving the 1% success stories of some 20-year-old who built something “cool” in a week and made 40K MRR, or keep bashing venture capital and SV.
