Right Way to begin Statistics
This is an excellent podcast for learning statistics. It takes difficult concepts and puts them in very easy-to-understand pieces, making it perfect even for those with no background in statistics. The episodes provide practical examples of statistics applications in research or even elections. The host is Professor Brad Fulton, and his strengths are taking a very tough subject and breaking it down with relatable pieces. From healthcare decisions to confounding variables, this material is engaging and truly easy to understand. It gives listeners an overview of the most important topics in statistics, from data collection to regression analysis, in very structured form. Real-life applications, such as the "Moneyball" phenomenon in sports, show exactly how relevant statistical literacy is.
