“The Stay Paid podcast must be the best podcast of its kind. It is my belief that we must strive to grow and become better in our field day in and day out. No matter how much we believe we know or experience we have we never know or have enough. I spent a major part of my career as a financial advisor and now a real estate advisor very similar fields. The general disparity I find amongst both fields is the focus on building long term relationships. As an advisor you are trained that the best way to build a successful business is by growing your book of business and assets under management through developing and deepening your relationships with your clients. If real estate agents approached the industry as one should as a successful financial advisor, it is nearly impossible to fail. The Stay Paid podcast combines the best and most talented minds in both fields. One could build a successful career simply by taking action on the wealth of information the guests and hosts of the podcast provide. As a matter of fact, Luke and Josh should probably write a book using the excerpts of their top 15 episodes based on the subject matter. Not only will it fly off the shelves, it will build anyone’s career that TAKES ACTION on the incredible amount of FREE CONTENT(you can send me my royalties later guys, LOL) Seriously, listen to this podcast with pen and paper in hand, every episode will provide you at a minimum once idea that you can immediately implement and see results, I sure have.
