Ms.
I am a regular listener to podcasts and when this one was recommended to me I was intrigued. It certainly lives up to the description, "The most interesting people in the world of science and technology." I was captivated by the recent episode with Stuart MCGill on "The mechanics of back pain and the secrets to a healthy spine." This is a subject that is of great interest to me, but whether you have a current back problem or you just want to keep a healthy back, you need to listen to this fascinating talk. The 2 hrs fly by and you will learn the essesntials to back health and a few other things too! Listen out for why sit-ups and crunches are "silly" and the three excercises for for spinal stability. Thank you Ken and the team at IHMC for bringing in these experts and sharing the information with us. Please keep up the great work.Read full review »

I'm just on the first episode with Dr Attia and I'm really enjoying it, if there wasone suggestion it would be to cut out the stem talk plugs. Otherwise it's awesome! Thanks.Read full review »
