Important but Overlooked Topic
I walked into my first day of teaching without taking the “Intro to Working with Your Para Professionals” course because that course doesn't exist! I'm grateful that my paraprofessionals were experienced and patient with me. I loved that this interview highlighted the collaboration and partnering aspects of the para and teacher relationship.
