“I fell across Steve because of his political series on the bbc( now on YouTube) and the appearances on news. He is the best at making everything understandable,interesting and placed in full context and thoroughly entertaining.So much so I follow him at every opportunity as well as this podcast. He was outstanding on politics live today. Much needed courteous honesty, cutting through waffle and spin that can come from elsewhere, based on real knowledge going back so many years. No smoke and mirrors. What a refreshing change.I’m sad to hear that some actually say to Steve do/ don’t refer to this /that/the other. Just enjoy it as it comes, it’s what makes it so good as Steve is such a pleasant human being as well.”

“He’s such an easy listening style one of my favourites even if you can pin down easily exactly where steve is on the political spectrum . Think he needs to be a bit less overtly anti Tory but still a great podcast”
