Insightful and entertaining
The podcast I have been waiting for most of my life (even when I didn’t know it). Glorious music while a most expert musician explains the framework behind it. Weilerstein is, simultaneously, an expert, a teacher, the great explicator, and as excited by this music as the first time he heard it. I was an immediate fan at first hearing. I am old enough to fondly remember Bernstein’s Young People’s Concerts. This podcast is far better, far more insightful, far more eloquent and always entertaining.
