I really enjoy listening to these podcasts by Miranda. They are short snippets of glorious observations of ordinary things that Miranda sees and experiences on her walks. They are little moments of joy and sunshine (and occasional pouring rain!).

I’ve been so enjoying this podcast for the last couple of weeks, working my way back through the episodes. The two-part pairs of episodes are the perfect length for each of the three 10-ish minute sections of my treadmill routine, or for just having a relaxing break in my day. I’ve started being...Read full review »

Close your eyes and listen. Fantastic production and just a great 5 minutes to switch off and enjoy. The simplicity of this podcast makes it such a great listen

It’s such a cosy, pleasant listen… like sitting with a warm blanket and a hot chocolate on a comfy sofa. Or going to a favourite small cafe, have a cup of tea and watch the world go. Lovely podcast, wholeheartedly recommended!

So calming but also uplifting and funny. I loved the book and feel settled after listening to an episode. I may have also started narrating to myself when I’m out…

What a fantastic idea - a treat for a few minutes to stop, enjoy and imagine all these lovely and atmospheric observations. We see these everyday things and rush by, but rarely allow ourselves time to ponder them - Thankyou

This is such a great idea. It is a lovely way to spend 5 mins in our busy lives, to stop and notice all the small but important things around us. A very clever way of helping us to hear what Miranda is hearing and seeing and she has a lovely way of describing the everyday things she sees.

Came here from your interview on BBC Sounds with Jo Good. Already love this podcast. I have an allotment if you ever wanted to come and record there. Love this concept.

What a wonderful way to wind down at the end of the day. ‘Stopping to notice’ is like a storybook into the soul.
