Picnic Baskets
HOW AMAZING YOU ARE … with these amazing stories that you share, the details of these fantastic daily routine stories with you weave with your magical voice. Thank you so much for the wine you posted two days ago called yard sales, hydrangeas, and picnic baskets. Especially the part where you speak about food and as a person who has had challenges with eating, since I was two years old, the story really resonates with me when you tell us with your sweet voice that we should stop and eat whenever we feel hungry. 😋 When I listen to your voice and these stories, I feel the school calming effect upon my whole system, my spirit relaxes and I stop holding my skeleton up so stiffly. You need to know that I am a seasoned yoga instructor, fallen deeply in love with teaching Yin Yoga. Sometimes I grasp ideas from your stories and read them into my YIN meditation stories for my participants. I hope you don’t mind. I have been following you for many years but these new ones from the VILLAGE OF NOTHING MUCH happens… or quite special and something else. In another lifetime, I can see myself working alongside you to create stories with richness and joy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for spreading your joy and bringing peace to so many hearts. Sincerely, and humbly yours in spirit 🤸🧘🏽‍♂️🙏🏽🐈‍⬛ Take care, I care!

I don’t agree with the reviews that this distracts from the bed time version-before I discovered this I used to listen to NMH on 1.5x speed during the day so this is perfect. Keep on keeping on Kathryn!!!

Listening to this makes me cry. But not happy. Like, devastated. I don’t think that’s healthy. And it’s been happening since I started listening to you, so I’m gonna have to unfollow and unsubscribe. You just lost me.

I love listening to these wonderful stories. The recurring setting and characters make me feel like I know them and am part of them, almost list imaginary friends. Kathryn Nicolai, the host, speaks with warmth and joy. Highly recommended.
